A Day of Praise

Let the name of the LORD be praised, both now and forevermore. From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the LORD is to be praised.
Psalm 113:2-3

Make today a day of praise for all that God has done! Gather your family and take a good long look at each other, and then walk through your homes and really look at all that God has given. Think back before you took Weigh Down and remember how different it all was. The food rules, the no-calorie tasteless foods, the fat-gram counting…compare your old pictures to your new smaller, healthier, more energetic self! NOW PRAISE OUR GOD! I cannot believe the abundance that our precious Creator gives us each day, starting with breath itself. I am so thankful and so happy all the time. My only desire is that the day and week are not long enough and time is flying by…I just want to do more and to live longer, because this is an AWESOME life when God is first and foremost!
