Like the others’ comments, I too needed this. The Holy Spirit has been prompting me to obey in regards to eating. I’ve caught myself overeating AND eating too fast during my day. I teach music and during many rehersals, I will grab a quick bite and over eat, especially if I’m distracted and not thinking abut it. Thankfully today’s a new day! Thank you Gwen for sharing what God has given you. Blessings.
