Through Weigh Down, I have lost a total of 80 pounds (30 of which I didn’t know I had to lose), the physical ailments are gone, and many of the food sensitivities are gone.

This is it! I would NEVER go back to that pit of a life. I also know that God is not exclusive and if I can do this and be led to a whole new life then anyone can!
