Step One:
Choose your class time!

*OnDemand is self-paced within 8 weeks of the time you sign up. Each weekly video will last approximately 1 hour. Your coordinator, who has lost all his/her excess weight and kept it off for several years, will be available to help answer your questions and encourage you on this journey via email and/or phone! You will also receive a student guide and set of 6 audios to help you apply each weeks' lesson.

*Specific class day/times will meet at that time each week (i.e. Monday 7pm Central will meet every Monday at 7pm Central for all 6 lessons). Each weekly meeting will last approximately 1 - 1.5 hours for video lessons and live interaction via a chatroom with your coordinator and classmates. Your coordinator, who has lost all his/her excess weight and kept it off for several years, will be there to help answer your questions and encourage you on this journey! You will also receive a student guide and set of 6 audios to help you apply each weeks' lesson.

Step Two:
Choose your WORKBOOK OPTION (choose one when ordering):

Step Three:
Choose your AUDIO OPTION (choose one when ordering):

• CDs = 6 Audio CDs that can play on any CD player
• MP3 Download with all 6 class audios (requires no shipping)
• MP3 Files on Disc = A disc with all 6 Audio MP3 for easy downloading to your computer
   

SPECIAL NOTES:

• A high-speed Internet connection is required.
• You will need either Flash Player or Windows Media Player to view the class videos. Both players have free downloads available.
• If you select a specific class day/times, an orientation will be held exactly one week prior to the start date. By signing up for this seminar, you are reserving a seat in the specific time selected. Video makeups are available; however if you know you will miss more than 2 lessons, you may want to consider the OnDemand option.
• With the OnDemand option, you can log in at anytime to view your video lessons. There is no chatroom available for this. You will have a coordinator to keep accountable with. You will have 8 weeks to complete the 6 video lessons.
• Want to start a local class? Bring 3 friends and YOU host a class. No pre-requisites. Just find a "neutral" (non religious) community location. Get 3 friends to join your class and you get it for free.

• We know that financial times are difficult right now for everyone.
